Descrição:

Dynasty founded by Salah al-Din upon capturing the Fatimid Dynasty in 1171. Returns Syria and Egypt back to Sunni Islam. Also controls the Hejaz. Makes slave army called the Mamluks, or "owned things," that eventually takes over the Ayyubid Dynasty and begins their own.
