Placed an order to change from ADSL to Cable, and they told us it would be done by 2018.1.9
Our ADSL internet service was cut off by Telstra by mistake
Telstra called us to arrange NBN visit on 2017.12.17
Telstra called us to say NBN technician won't visit us on 2017.12.27, and re-schedule the NBN visit on 2018.1.8 and Telstra visit on 2018.1.10
We received an SMS message confirming the 2018.1.10 Telstra visit
We called Telstra to confirm the 2018.1.8 NBN visit, but were told that no visit had been schedule in Telstra's system and they could only see an appointment on 2018.1.17. They even cannot find the phone number of our received SMS from Telstra phone book. We have a reference number for this phone call, it is 1-1371755850.
No NBN technician visit and no calls from either NBN or Telstra today.

Our ADSL service was cut off the 3rd time by Telstra and this time they told us that our account had been deleted when we called them.
