Francis Walter Schaeffer is born on 3 September 1909,
to Scott Damien Schaeffer and Aelita Linderer.An electronics mastermind, Francis is hired
as the science professor at Kadic Academy in
Billancourt, France, at age 27.Kadic Academy is founded under Headmaster Nicolas Pierre.Headmaster Nicolas Pierre dies due to a heart attack. A few days later,
Quentin Marin becomes second Headmaster of Kadic.Scott Schaeffer dies in WWI, during the Battle of Verdun.Under Vichy France,
Francis is forced to serve in the army and has
his inventions (including ANA) taken from him in a house raid,
except for a diary and a copy of his notes, which he kept secret.
On the same day, Francis meets James "Jim" Morales,
his pregnant (yet hardened) wife Marie Chateau,
American Vance Ritter, and former childhood friend Sophie Delmas,
while on a military bus on course for Lyon, France. They fight, knowing
they're on the wrong side, but the punishment
for disobeying is
severe.Francis sucessfully creates the world's first AI,
and he keeps it secret from the world.
He names it ANA: an Artificial Neuronic Arrangement. ANA
evolves each day, one day "teaching" Francis' pet dog how to
"dance."Francis meets Sophie Delmas, and they become close friends
in scondary school, up until they part ways after school.Francis and Sophie get married.Nazi scientists begin experimenting with ANA.ANA, creating the first rudimentary nanobots, hypnotises a German scientist,
Johann Jergen, who spreads ANA's virus to many in the Nazi regime, and quickly
overthrows Hitler, gradually making an army of ANA controlled soldiers.ANA , still under the disguise of Nazi Germany, declares total war against both
Allied and fellow Axis powers. They take over Paris, a few more key cities
in Europe, and continue to spread the virus.ANA captures Francis' base in Lyon. Some soldiers escape,
some die, and some are captured by ANA. Francis' team, excluding Sophie, escapes,
while Sophie is captured by ANA. Francis and friends make a daring escape to neutral Portugal.A small squad of ANA's forces attack Lisbon, as ANA suspects that Francis, the only person capable of shutting it down,
is in hiding there. The local army of Portugal was already prepared for an invasion and successfully kills a large majority of the unit.
Sophie "defects" from ANA's unit and returns to Francis and friends. She is secretly still controlled by ANA.Francis and Sophie boinkWalter "Waldo" Schaeffer is born. Sophie dies during childbirth.After noticing some suspicious activity from Sophie, Francis begins to suspect there's something wrong.
He subdues Sophie and she confesses about ANA and its plan to accelerate the Manhattan Project in order
to speed up the creation of nuclear bombs and use it against humanity.Via a group of French refugees, ANA makes its way to New York and aims to spread to
Washington, DC to take control of the President.Along with Sophie and friends, Francis takes control of an American recon submarine.
Using the sub's computer, he experiments and accidentally creates a cure for ANA's virus. They
win a naval battle off the coast of Portugal, but are detained by the military when they land in LisbonIn interrogation, the Portuguese police do not believe the group. After an ANA controlled
soldier tries to kill the Commander General Acosta, and Jim Morales dies in the process, Acosta
helps them and uses a military airplane, the Skytrain, to travel to the US.
Meanwhile, US President Atkinson becomes controlled by ANA and demands nukes to be aimed
at the most populated cities in the world, and one on Washington, DC itself, planning the end of humanity
the next day, 16 April 1944.(Unlike in the real world) The US begins Project Manhattan,
quickly advancing in nuclear technology and creating the first
nuclear bombs as a last last last resort.... just in case.Períodos
