Or at least as good as I can get it. Months/days aren't right, and some things are hard to pinpoint precisely. ...it's a work in progress.

A settlement identified with the time of the Hyskos was found near the Tel El Maskhuta (Pithom) excavation site. Later renovations in 7th century BC caused the location thought to have been originally built then. The location of Pi-Ramesses is only 2km away from Avaris. After the inhabitants of Avaris were driven out, construction of Pi-Ramesses made the two sites grow into each other. Pi-Ramesses may have been the location of the Biblical "Raamses" before the later construction at the site.
Ahmose I drove out the remaining Hyksos from Avaris, matching Manetho's description of the second group.
Famine Begins 2010
Seuserenre Khyan ~1610?-1580 "the one whom Re has caused to be strong" "ruler of the foreign land" His eldest son Yanassi did not succeed him. Only marker of Yanassi is a stela in Avaris dedicating him to the care of Seth, the Egyptian god of death.
1580 430 years after the beginning of the famine. 612 years before Solomon started building the temple, matching Josephus' reckoning of the year the Israelites left Egypt in Against Apion. 1 Kings 6:1 says 480 years. This is the total of the wandering after leaving Sinai, the years under judges (including Eli and Samuel), and the reign of Saul and David. It does not count the time of conquest or the times of oppression between judges.

Hyksos immigration to Egypt (possible prompt for the order to kill newborns) ~1700-1650
In Against Apion, Josephus and Apion discussed the record of Egyptian historian Manetho. Manetho recorded two different groups leaving in the 16th century BC. The first was much larger, in the hundred thousands. They left willingly. The second group, led by an Egyptian priest named Osarseph who changed his name to "Moses," was driven out by force and mostly killed.
