He also taken some opioids as the treatment went on.Nov 21 2012- Patricia Danica bows out of 2013 NASCAR season, blaming Rae Shafer for nerve damage (Exhibit 5)January 13-14 , 2014- Email exchange between JJ Teva and Sal Abbott regarding Coach being referred to Shafer (Exhibit 2).
