This is the statement adopted by the Second Continental Congress meeting at the Pennsylvania State House The Declaration announced that the Thirteen Colonies that where at war with the Kingdom of Great Britain would regard themselves as thirteen independent he declaration was signed by representatives from New Hampshire, Massachusetts Bay, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia.

This all started because of the citizens not wanting to pay taxes on tea which they drink a lot of With the citizens not wanting to pay taxes for something they drink like water they started protesting The way the protested by throwing barrels and barrels of tea in to Boston harbor
The First Continental Congress was a meeting of delegates from twelve of the Thirteen Colonies They met at Carpenters' Hall in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania early in the American Revolution. It was called in response to the Intolerable Acts passed by the British Parliament.
It is basically declaring independence from Great Britain to people in the Thirteen Colonies It was published anonymously on January 10, 1776, at the beginning of the American Revolution It was sold and distributed widely and read aloud at taverns and meeting places
