19 mar 1936 ano - Neutrality Acts

Descrição:

The U.S. Congress passed neutrality legislation 3 years in a row that were perfectly designed to keep us out of World War I. They are strong evidence that the mood of the nation was clearly in favor of isolationism and, neutrality. America seemed to ignore the fact that fascist governments in Europe and Japan were attacking neighboring nations and grabbing as much territory as they could get. The U.S. ignored the responsibility of being a world power and perhaps aided the fall of democracies in the world through negligence and non-involvement.
