Zaixun, Prince Rui, born in 1885, was a Qing dynasty nobleman and naval commander, best known for his role in modernizing the Chinese navy during the late imperial period. He was the younger brother of the Guangxu Emperor and the uncle of the Xuantong Emperor (Puyi), serving as part of the royal family during the final years of the Qing dynasty.
