The Federal Party was founded by Rikjoert J. Kĩskím of Myosa and his followers shortly before the election of 1762, where he would run and fail. Kĩskím believed in a larger and stronger federal government, more liberal programs, and either the abolition of slavery or an end to its trade in Oipienta. The Federal Party's ideology, known as Kĩskímism, became the 4th major branch of Oipientian political philosophy after Cẽmanism, Hešk, and Nokšemism.
