Steve Irwin born on February 22nd 1962 nicknamed “The Crocodile Hunter” was an Australian zookeeper known best for his show Crocodile Hunter, in which he co-hosted with his wife Terri. Steve and his wife also hosted other shows such as Croc Files, and Crocodile Hunter Diaries, and were the owners of the Australian zoo a 50 miles north of Brisbane. Steve Died on September 4th, 2006 when a stingray barbed him in the heart, while he was filming for a new series called Ocean's Deadliest. Steve was a role model for many young children, and did conservation work all around the world; He was looked up to and didn’t deserve to die.
