In Josiah's 13th year (Jr 25:3,11), Jeremiah began proclaiming the destruction of Jerusalem. This 40 years period, foretold in Ezekiel (Ezk 4:6), ended with the disappearance of the kingdom of Israel, that had been born 390 years before.
