The Third Way (Arabic: الطريق الثالث, aṭ-Ṭarīq ath-Thālith) is a liberal democratic Palestinian political party founded on December 16, 2005. Led by Salam Fayyad and Hanan Ashrawi, it aimed to offer an alternative to Hamas and Fatah. In the January 2006 PLC elections, it won only 2.41% of the vote and two seats. Despite its leaders' prominent roles, the party struggled due to perceptions of elitism and extensive Western support. In 2015, the party's leaders attempted to revitalize its platform.

The Third Way advocates for democratic reform, anti-corruption measures, and a welfare state, while supporting non-violent resistance to Israel and negotiations for a two-state solution.
