Beltram was last seen by his brother "the following morning" -- July 17 @ ~2am -- by his brother, who didn't see the girls

July 29: Beltram's car was spotted in Concord by some of Beltram's friends. The driver was an unidentified white ("Anglo" in one newspaper clipping) man who managed to evade the friends. The car has not been seen since
