Wolfgang von Strucker escapes to Argentina, via a Spanish ratline. Once established there, he creates Hydra, a network of former Nazis, sympathizers and agents, with the goal of reestablishing control. His teaching leans heavily on the works of McNee, and coming of the leaders of the Midnight Sun.

Of the 16,000 Lebensborn children born during the war in Germany and Norway, 1000 were identified as mutants. Of those, 50 infants are also smuggled out to Germany. Julia Koenig is also smuggled out, acting as the matriarch of the group.
