On the morning of October 14, 1653, a group of Grand knights, known throughout Javicia as the Dogs of the Emeperor [Hafècírov èñ Aplir], locked the doors to the throne room once Emperor Ṡèbdã Ũñkíṡ was alone. Then after a struggle, they subdued him and had Thaniaxe Ẁof Noteṡtok read aloud the laws that Ũñkíṡ had broken during his reign. Noteṡtok finished reading with his arrest statement and defined the Emperor's punishment, execution. Noteṡtok then unsheathed his sword and slowly pierced Ũñkíṡ in the heart while saying, "Oh how you have failed [O galiè oma mèṡkèmas]" quoting the end scene of "Hate of Rivals [Õlíthè Skídãñgõv]", writtne by playwright Pilub Javik Šeikésam, a play that the emperor had banned.

After his execution, the Hafècírov èñ Aplir all voted to install Noteṡtok as emperor until it was officially approved by the Council of the Dukes, which occurred later that day. Thaniaxe Ẁof Noteṡtok was then officially crowned as Holy Emperor of the Javician Empire 6 days later on October 20, 1653
