At 9:27 PM (21:27), Separam Ȃcalnam killed Víkuonam III after getting him drunk. He then declared himself DoramMakaroi and went around the palace to ensure that all of his family was dead. At 9:32 PM, he entered into Víkuonam's daughter's room and suffocated Ĩmanem and at 9:37, he did the same to Ẽlsem in the next room over. Then he went searching for Víkuonam's son, Taugam but couldn't find him or his wife. Soldiers then tried to stop Separam but he had brought in his own secret guard who helped take care of them.

Pȗlem and Taugam had escaped because some of the soldiers protecting Víkuonam had helped them through a hidden passage way in the palace towards the harbor, where Pȗlem put Taugam and the soldier onto a boat that was heading towards Oipienta. Pȗlem then went back to the palace where she was arrested by Separam and imprisoned until her death in 1478.
