Deep beneath the waves of the Nervo-Atra Sea, within the Hynock Facility, the heir to the Rimic throne would sit idle, having been living with his people in isolation for a century. Suddenly, this isolation would be shattered, as a man from a distant land would appear upon Hynock's landing pad. This man would say he comes from a land called Drevutoka, and would invite the heir to visit the fabled city of Tristinople for a ceremony.

After attending this ceremony, and losing every duel, Genius Khan III would see the need to proclaim a new state, to honor the fallen titans of the world. This new state would be known as the Holy Rimic Empire, encompassing much of the southern coastline, worshiping the long sense departed soul of Stephan V, also known as Stephan the Great, founder of the ancient Alonian Empire, conqueror of the world.
