Nearly a year after the beginning of the Trislandic Reformation, Kaiser Stephan VI, in conjunction with his Kaiserin, Virgo I, would hold a grand ceremony and celebration in Tristinople. Invited would be the royal family of Drevutokan Salvagoria, and a recently discovered heir to the former Empire of Rim, Genius Khan III.

In this ceremony, the Kaiser would announce the official start of his reformation, with the declaration of the state of Greater Alonian Agrissia, named for the region in which he and his wife had begun the process of reclamation.

Following his announcement, the guests would be given a feast atop the Persson's Cathedral Towers, engage in duels in the Tristinople Coliseum for prizes, and watch the first firework show in the server's history.
