Head of North Korean delegation Ri Son-gwon reaches out to shake hands with a South Korean official as he crosses a concrete border to attend their meeting at the border village of Panmunjom. Talks concerned:

• NK participation in PeyongChang Olypmics
• reunions of families during Olypmics
• resumption of Red Cross talks
• resumption of military discussions to prevent “accidental clashes”
