The locomotive retrofit does not seem to be with an ICE H2 but with H2 FC.

CRRC "Ningdong" Locomotive:
Retrofit Diesel ICE to H2 FC
Defined as "World's most powerful hydrogen-powered locomotive" and "World's first hydrogen retrofitted locomotive"
Range: 190 hours of operation (more than 7 days)
H2 Quantity: 270kg of liquid H2
Refueling: 2 hours
Power: 800kW (power can expand to 2,000kW for different needs)
Emissions: Considered 100% emission-free (GHG and atmospheric pollutants)
