Prior to this date, on August 8th, Quentin put out a message gauging interest in a potential new Cav Company. The idea was thrown around since the foundation of the freelance company system, but it wasn't enough to be reformed until this date, albeit controversially.

Somewhere around the 12th of August, Nanners formed the new company with less people than required to fit the freelance company criteria. To give the company a chance to be active, Muszy gave them a month to gather the active players required to keep the company.
