My dad came to the U.S. from Leon, Guanajuato at the age of 22 for working purposes. At this point in his life he had a wife and a two year old son back in Mexico which he would send money to and visit at any given chance. He started working in the flower industry with his brothers and dad but has since moved to avocado farming while continuing to work with one of his brothers.
