Russia was sent in unprepaired and soliders were unsupplied and hungry. This caused millions to die throughout the war and even after these heavy losse, the Czar refused to withdraw from the war.
-This was a cause of the Russian Revolution because many people died and even after voicing their concerns, they were still forced to fight. Not only were soliders dieing at an alarming rate, WWI caused major issues back in the main land of Russia because of all the supplies going to the war.
