On December 5th, 1980, Annie Leibovitz took a photo shoot with John Lennon and Yoko Ono. After the photoshoot, John Lennon was 5 pm on December 8th, 1980; John Lennon was shot and killed outside Dakota Apartments on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. Just hours before, Annie Leibovitz photographed Lennon, and the photo shoot was a professional photo taking of the couple.
