Kevin Murphy (Johnny Depp’s LA Estates Manager) contacted Johnny Depp’s divorce lawyer Laura Wasser on 28 June 2016 and attached a photograph of a damaged TV remote control. He stated the altercation happened 'about a year ago' - however unless it was more than a year and could be placed in late May 2015, early August was the first time Johnny Depp and Amber Heard were together in LA. In addition it is highly likely that Johnny was spending time in his rehearsal/studio space at Sweetzer with the Hollywood Vampires or even Gene Simons.

We do know Johnny Depp was struggling to get away from Amber Heard in order to rehearse during September, but this could have been more about London Fields or the Australian Dog Smuggling Case as Amber Heard needed Johnny Depp’s considerable resources and clout to fight both. Note: Marty Singer, a well known Hollywood lawyer who did work for Johnny Depp was retained on both of Amber Heard’s court cases. It is doubtful that her finances alone at that or indeed any time would have been sufficient to cover his fees.

An ALTERCATION is an argument or a fight where Johnny Depp emerged bruised scratched, swollen or otherwise injured as a result of Amber Heard but is not included as one of Amber Heard's incidents.

An ALTERCATION further includes those times that Johnny Depp states he was insulted, derided, hit, had things thrown at him, was pushed, pulled, shoved or a witness saw him being attacked by Amber Heard.

Some ALTERCATIONS, in fact the majority, are supported by specifically taken photographs or captured on film at media events revealing Johnny's injuries. Others are included on the recordings, in texts or within Court documents.
