This was an incredible opportunity to train new teachers, observe them, provide training and regular feedback throughout their experience. In the end, this made me a better teacher. It can be hard to reflect on your own teaching but seeing what other people are doing well and what other people are struggling with is something that provided me a lot of insight and also guided me in the direction I wanted to go as a teacher.
