Having made a point of this ALTERCATION effectively making it a new INCIDENT during the Virginia Trial Amber Heard offered no evidence. Photographs were mentioned and are known about having been mentioned in UK Trial documents - although they were not entered into court and not on the public record.

However, Johnny Depp did produce evidence in Virginia: three photographs taken on the evening of 6 May 2014 by the official press photographers and easily found on the Getty Photography website:
