As winter of the 2019 school year approached, Headmistress Hightower was seen less and less around the school and a new Headmistress stepped in before the school holidays.

With the reign of Headmistress Hawthorne, a troll and banshee attacked the school followed by the death of Professor Addison.

Headmistress Hawthorne disappeared as abruptly as she had arrived, returning in the form of a dragon, attacking the Hogwarts Express as students tried to escape. Students who remained banded together and went into full revolt, defeating Professor Hawthorne.
