The Museum of Modern Art in New York.

The New York crowd began to be get out of hand as indicated by the bodyguards beginning to look concerned and forming a circle about around Johnny - who appears oblivious to any commotion. As things build Jerry Judge decided things had gone far enough so he ‘lifted’ Johnny away and frog-marched him to safety.

This is not the first time this has happened and it seems peculiar to New York as something similar happened outside the David Letterman studios previously.

Also of note - on arrival Johnny’s suit was perfect. After this incident a crooked white line is visible on his upper right lapel - maybe a silver or white marker pen that was jabbed into Johnny during the fracas.
