No exact date is given in the source media or on Wookieepedia. The comic just says "A Long Time Ago" and Wookieepedia says "Centuries before 252BBY" which is when we first meet the Ro family in the same comic.
I'm going to take "centuries before" to be approximately four. Maybe future phases of The High Republic will give us more clues.
