Receives mystery Valentine’s Day card. Worries at first who it could be – though Penelope Acton hates his guts now. Realises from the handwriting it’s from Tom. He’s thrilled.

March, 2009 – Starts hanging out with Tom Right secretly. They go to the cinema and not always alone; sometimes with the others. Or they go to the skatepark in Barnstaple.
