Molly once again takes Dominic to McFarnes with Toby. He also gets his ears pierced. When he gets back, Jack teases him about it and Dominic suddenly feels rotten. However, when he gets to his dorm, Tom gives him a birthday card. Says it’s only fair since Dominic remembered his birthday. Dominic is touched and gives him a brave kiss to the cheek. Tom blushes and Dominic doesn’t know what any of this means. It frightens him but he’s doesn’t feel like he’s betraying Erika anymore. He just isn’t sure what all this means.
