That night, he and Erika make love and he loses his virginity. Julianne & Marcu come back early come back early and Marcus bursts into Dominic’s room to find the two in bed.

Dominic and Marcus fight all the way through the flat, out onto the balcony of the block and towards the stairs, Erika helping. She eventually stabs Marcus in the back with her penknife, after Marcus knocks out Dominic, and he tumbles down the flat block steps.

Police arrive, Erika has disappeared, Dominic is carted off in the ambulance with neighbours explaining what happened. Marcus is arrested and Dominic and Toby are taken into care.

Dominic doesn’t see Erika again for two years – but at the time he doesn’t think he’ll ever see her again.
