Anna gets into a fight with Kayleigh, the bitch in her class, at school; punching her when Kayleigh pushes her over, and giving her a nose bleed. Jenny is called in to the office where Anna is being scolded. Jenny loses it with the teacher and takes Anna out of there. Outside, Jenny tells Anna that if anyone ever hits her that she should always hit back harder. A message that has stayed with Anna.
