FDR decides to run for President for the 4th time. He turns out to win the election which would make Truman and Congress pass the 22nd amendment allowing Presidents to only serve two terms. When FDR won the election, he was in a bad health and would not make it to his first year. FDR led the U.S through the Great Depression and WW2.
