Due to pressure from a possible invasion of Foveria by the Greater Fevak Union, Foveria sought to form an agreement with Wargtof, their strongest non-alligned bordering nation, that stated, "The Grand republic of Foveria would join the Wargtof Federation only with the highest level of possible autonomy in the possible case of a future Fevakian invasion of their territory."
