Huey Long proposed his movement to many Americans of the United States. His idea was to Not allow any AMerica make over 1 million dollars a year. The extra money would be collected as taxes and distributed to the Americans. His plan challenged Roosevelt which would lead to him trying to run against him, but would fail since he was assassinated the year before the elections.
