After the Great Merrician War, Oipienta was given full control over the former capital of the Kingdom of Kirros for 10 years. In the peace arrangement, Krilkot would give Mèstekeba to Oipienta where it would be rebuilt after the war and then it would be returned to Kirros once the lend lease was over.
