H: After WW2, the relationship between the USA & USSR crumbled as the US feared the expansion of communism as a result of their victory against Germany. With USSR threats of putting bombs in Cuba & US retaliation, one wrong move could result in a restart of another world war.
I: Anyone who opposed the Cold War & tension between the 2 nations.
P: To show how close we are/were to all-out nuclear war between the two opposing world powers.
P Concerned citizen or official warry of entering another, potentially lethal war right after they endured one only years before.
