This Text was listed in Amber Heard’s Virginia Exhibit List - 2nd Supplementary but was not brought into court and therefore not made accessible to the public. THE JDC however suspects that it maybe a text read out in the London Court:

JD to AH: I am besieged with love for you, it's to the brim and will remain so. I'm leaving but I will never go anywhere, I will never go away, but we need to stay the course and to help one another, not hit 95 miles an hour in three seconds and go for each other's jugulars. We need to be stronger than that.


It is quite possible that Johnny Depp was already in transit for his return to the US when he sent this text.
