Indian Genetic Research and Homeland Defense Commission is formed by a joint commission between the Indian, Bhutanese, Bangladeshi, Sri Lankan, and Nepalese Government. It was created for the joint defense against a growing Chinese threat, their state scientists could start work on genetic sequencing. The teams ultimate goal was to create the Surya Home Guard corps to guard their homeland from western and Chinese aggression.
