Amber Heard was one 'multitasking mama' on Saturday.

The Aquaman actress, 35, got in a workout while watching over her daughter Oonagh.

In a photo posted to her Instagram account, the star showed off her gym-honed abs as she held her daughter while pumping iron.

The blonde beauty looked stunning displaying her toned torso in a black sports bra and matching leggings.

She wore her blonde hair in a braid with a few loose strands cascading in front of her made-up face.

The actress, who secretly welcomed her child via surrogate in April, beamed at her daughter as she held her in her free hand.

'Multitasking mama,' Amber captioned the photo with a flexed bicep emoji.

The workout was likely part of her training for the upcoming film Aquaman 2.

On top of her workouts, Amber has been dieting in preparation for her role, and on Friday appeared to have to slash another surprising food from her daily meals due to their sugar count - bananas.

'I cut out banana now it's too high-sugar. I've gotten to the point in my life where I'm like, "I can't even have a banana!? Banana!? Fruit!? It's a fruit!!" Nope,' Amber bemoaned in a video posted to her Instagram account as she walked around a film set.
