Ada Lovelace is said to be the "first computer programmer." She helpped Charles Babbage on his Analytical Engine, and wrote the first algorithm that could be run on any machine.

She is very significant to the age of computer, as withoutcoding, a lot of computers will not function. Additionally, I am only writing this for an introductory assignment for a programming course.
