Tecum Uman was killed by a Spanish colonizer named Pedro Alvarado. When Pedro Alvarado came on his horse with other men, Tecum Uman thought that that was one creature. So when Tecum Uman threw a spear at the horse, Pedro fell off and shoot Tekum Uman.
