Adrian Toomes, Mac Gargan, Anton Rodriquez, Aleksei Sytsevich, Spencer Smythe, and Anthony Davis commiserate in prison about having been captured by Spider-man. Toomes' former associate, Phineas Mason, is contacted on the outside and instructed to help assemble a variety of weapons that will help them take down Spider-man. Escaping from prison, they assault PS108, believing that Spider-man is a teacher. Spider-man defeats them all.
