Mars has been a part of the world’s media for as long as many of us can remember. I included three different works of media that put Mars on a pedestal, valuing it for the possibility of other life. Through works of media we have often fantasized of what extraterrestrials would be like, and the examples shown in the timeline display different beliefs.
