Specific issues were brought up about The High Kommand's (From the Oberts to the Kaptains/Hauptmanns) administration of the regiment in the Headquarters. Issues ranging from the Joint Command’s administration to how each Kompany is run. The discussion in text lasted for hours, and even spilled over into a second day. During the second day Muszy posted a proposal to get rid of the Kompanies. This also called out several problems currently being experienced. This proposal was ultimately thrown out.

After things eventually cooled down some HQ and higher leadershp viewed it as a nice venting session that helped bring everybody together. But for others it was viewed as an ultimate ignore of issues brought up. This increased the HQ's internal pressure.
