They all show up to find Peter indeed fighting Scott and trying to force him into submission. They still set him on fire and such but Scott doesn't know of the killing cure. And Stiles has convinced Chris that he knows how to fix this all. Stiles being the one to approach the burned Peter and make his offer to him of becoming his emissary and healing him, only if he will leave Scott and the Argent's be.
