Johnny Depp looked jovial as he attended the Minamata photocall during the Berlin Film Festival on Friday in the midst of a bitter court battle with ex-wife Amber Heard.

The Oscar-nominated actor, 56 - who has filed a defamation lawsuit against Amber, 33, after she accused him him of physically abusing her, which he denies- put the legal battle to one side to promote his new film.

Johnny put on a typically edgy display in a chocolate brown suede jacket, worn with a white vest and a selection of silver chains.
