White-blue-red colors began to be used during the reign of Tsar Alexis Mikhailovich. For the manufacture of flags to the ship "Eagle" on 9 April 1668 Tsar ordered the Siberian prikaz to send white, blue and red fabrics from imported goods. The exact order of the colors of the flag on the ship "Eagle" has not been preserved.

Бело-сине-красные цвета начали использоваться ещё во времена правления Царя Алексея Михайловича. Для изготовления флагов к кораблю "Орёл" 9 апреля 1668 года царём Сибирскому приказу было велено прислать из меновных (то есть импортных) товаров материи белого, синего и алого цветов. Точного порядка расположения цветов флага на корабле "Орёл" не сохранилось.
